Notes on Refund and Returning Goods
Cancellation and Returns Policy
• Once an order is confirmed, cancellations, exchanges, or returns due to customer preference are not accepted.
• Unauthorized returns will not be refunded. (This includes returns due to refusal to receive; return shipping costs will be charged.)
Eligible for Returns and Exchanges
• Products with clear defects not due to used treatment.
• Products damaged or soiled during delivery.
• Products received that differ from the order confirmation email.
Not Eligible for Returns or Exchanges
• Returns or exchanges due to customer preferences (color, size).
• Products damaged by the customer or used even once.
• Differences in image perception.
• Loss or damage of included invoices, postcards, or accessories.
• Unauthorized or uncommunicated returns.
• Returns made more than 5 days after delivery.
• Subjective reasons such as strong smells.
• Products not ordered through our site (please contact the original seller).
• Returns are not accepted unless there is a functional problem.
Product Returns
• If returning a product, send back all items received, including promotional items.
• Keep the shipping slip until the process is complete as we may request the package tracking number.
Regarding Long Absences and Refusal of Delivery
• You are required to accept delivery of items sent. Both ways shipping costs will be charged if not collected.
• Re-delivery cannot be made once refused or if the item was sent to another address.
• Any forwarding by the customer needs to be arranged and paid for with the carrier directly.
If Items Are Not Collected Within the Storage Period
• If not collected within the storage period, the item will be treated as a return (cancelled), and re-delivery will not be possible. Customers may reorder if the item is available.
• In cases of continuous refusal or long-term absence, use of the site may be restricted and payment methods limited.

• We will take legal action in cases of malicious non-compliance.
• Please ensure you are available to receive your order during the storage period.
Please understand that non-compliance with these policies means re-delivery cannot be accommodated.
Unauthorized returns are not accepted, and no refunds will be issued. Costs for return shipping will be charged if refusal to receive is detected.
We reserve the right to restrict payment methods if refusals and long-term absences continue.
